make a pingable websocket to nodes

It'd be cool if we could just create widgets, or if Ultraserver had a widget that shows you the ping you would be able to expect if you play on a server hosted on that node.

For example, blooms location page but a huge bonus if we can ping the nodes ourselves so we can make our own widgets on our own sites.
