See and edit player specific enderchests & inventory

Basically, as the owner or admin if given the privilege you can edit players inventories through the following actions: drag around items in a player’s enderchest/inventory, add / remove ANY item, and therefore upgrade/remove enchantments all through the game panel. I may have missed some features that should be implemented alongside that could further help as well. Thanks.

I have been told to make a post to see this feature implemented by an operator.
