Ability to change server-ip option in server.properties

Hey, when i try to change the server-ip=0.0.0.0 option in server.properties to server-ip=185.207.164.1:20000 it just deletes it and puts back the default value after i restart the server. i think this should be possible normally

    you cant. server ip is just what interface it should bind to

    0.0.0.0 is all

    127.0.0.1 is internal, 172.18.0.1 is docker
