add auto zip file in backup

Hi, I think you should add a feature where, when backing up, it automatically creates a pre-compressed file instead of requiring users to view and download each item individually. Downloading in browser view mode requires scanning the file before downloading, which is much slower compared to downloading a pre-compressed file. Please add the feature to automatically create a compressed file when creating a backup.
