Add more canned responses to the discord server

More useful embed responses using a bot which can be triggered using !, like the ones that already exist such as !logs. Would be useful when helping people about topics which are discussed often or to answer questions which are asked often.
Some ideas:
- Just Ask Your Question (!ask)
- Explain Your Issue (!explaim)
- Malware detected! (!Malware)
- Binary search your plugins (!binary)
- "Is there any discount codes” (!discount)
- How to enable crossplay on Java and Bedrock? (!geyser)
- how to setup voice chat? (!voicechat)

Each page from [https://docs.ultraservers.com/](https://docs.ultraservers.com/) can be its own embed, easier for helpers to answer users instead of manually going to docs, looking up that specific topic and sending the link.
