Adding New Vancouver/Seattle nodes

I’d really like to see Canadian locations added, especially Vancouver.

I’m currently in Vancouver and getting ~80ms to the LA node, while I used to get ~15ms on a Hillsboro server with another host.

There are a lot of players in Western Canada and America that would benefit from a closer location. Something like Vancouver or Seattle would make a big difference.
