Allow customers to see locations before purchasing

while assisting some fella and giving him some hosting options he mentioned that he can't really find any of the server locations, while discussing in admincraft we figured out you can only see the locations the host offers after you purchase a plan, i think it'd be nice if you could see what's where before customers actually pay? might discourage some people if they can't.
