Allow uploading .zip files into the file manager to speed up server migration

Today I'm migrating a server I used to run on my PC onto UltraServers. I wish I could upload a .zip file containing all my server's existing files so that I could easily move all the files there. Right now I'm having to manually create every single directory and fill them with files, and it's not fun.
