automatically add geyser flags when geyser is detected

geyser doesnt fully work on our system to fix this everybody using geyser needs to add these startup flags. -XX:+UnlockDiagnosticVMOptions -XX:-UseAESCTRIntrinsics

    Users can add custom flags themselves - this was a specific issue that isn’t on the newer JDKs
