Backup creation taking forever

I've seen someone talk about this before in the community support channel, where it took them 50 minutes to create a backup, having a similar issue with backups taking forever to create, that's only for 4.7GB

    We have implemented a new backup solution. It now creates incremental backups and the backups can be scheduled to run automatically.

    Thank you for the feedback. We are aware of ongoing performance issues in our dashboard and are actively working on fixing them.

    For this specific issue, it has been narrowed down to a problem in our caching system that has been fixed and will be rolled out in the next update.
