Block Server Scrapers/AbuseIPDB

Over the past few years, a few people have started scraping Minecraft servers. Pinging them 24/7. While this doesn't pose much of a "DoS" risk it can still be annoying. Often can be used by griefers to find small servers that forgot to enable whitelist.

Blocking these would be great. Creating your own blacklist might be annoying. Luckily there are plenty of Server Honeypots that report the offending IPs to AbuseIPDB.

Having a firewall option to block IPs that are marked malicious on AbuseIPDB would be an amazing feature I would love to see on Ultra!
