Custom Bedrock Dedicated Server Software

I‘d like to request for custom Bedrock software that runs above the official Bedrock Dedicated Server.

If it is possible to have a feature like to this. It has feature such as seeing chat through console where original bds doesn‘t have this feature. It‘s still underdevelopment for plugins but it‘s stable to run. Many thanks!
