NBT editing of .dat and .mca files.

Suggesting the ability to edit .dat and .mca files in the files tab of the panel instead of having to download them and then use a tool like NBTExplorer. Suggesting maybe a warning to people editing these files before you can open them and/or forcing servers to be offline before editing these because it can cause corruption.
