Reinstalling (Deleting files from settings tab) doesn't work

Tryed to change from paper to purpur. Dashbord now shows it as a PurPur server but it still has all files of the paper server and runs paper. Retrying sometimes showed Permission Denied. Had to delete and create a new server for purpur
