Server Import shows progress and ETA

Currently, the only progress indication for the server import feature is that currently copied files are listed in the console during the process. I think it would be helpful if there was a progress display showing the count of already copied files vs the count of total required files, show a progress of GiB transferred vs. total, and maybe also a computed ETA bar based on how many files are remaining.
