"Subdomain" only becomes available when switching game after setting region

Title's a bit of a mouthful.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open form to create a new server

2. Fill "Name"

3. Select "Game": Minecraft

4. Select "Location": EU - Germany

Expected: "Subdomain" becomes available

Actual: "Subdomain is still blocked

Only when switching games to CS:GO does it become available. The simple workaround is to select CS:GO and switch back to Minecraft.
