Support *fully internal* backends for proxies using docker hostnames (possibly make it account wide?)

this would make so even other servers hosted on the same ultraservers node wouldn't be able to access backends/bruteforce key

      its a added layer of security, and other hosts has this feature, doesn't hurt to add it +, a key can be leaked, with internal servers it would be useless
