The sub-user cannot download files but can view their contents.

Please add a feature for sub-users that allows them to view and edit files but prevents them from downloading them. Currently, the download restriction exists, but enabling it also prevents sub-users from viewing or editing the files. I would like an option that permits sub-users to view and edit files while still restricting downloads.
