Wine Docker Container for Palworld servers

Palworld servers are currently running dedicated Linux environments. This is great for performance, but severely limits modding capabilities due to the Windows requirements of a common dependency for popular mods, UE4SS.
So the servers can continue running in a Linux environment, please have the servers run within a Wine Docker Container to add the compatibility layer required for UE4SS to function, therefor allowing many highly popular mods to be installed.

• Building Restriction Disabler

• Anything requiring Palschema
