Increase Contrast on Text (or high contrast theme)

Some Background + Foreground color combinations on the dashboard fail the A11y Contrast Test.

Some do pass, but still feel hard to read for me. I'd suggest increasing the color.

An example is the small text on the database resource indicator:

My suggestion is to either increase the contract for everyone or have a separate "higher contrast" option for people who struggle with this.
